As adventure travelers, we loved the free sauna and spacious swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the English channels on the TV were a nice touch. The non-smoking floor ensured a fresh and pleasant ambiance throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable with a large bed and well-equipped marble bathroom. The hot water had excellent pressure for a refreshing shower. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable. Though the single bed in the twin-bed room is small, the pillow and bed clothes felt very good. Good location.

It is difficult to find the shuttle bus at the ferry. But we find it anyway.

Great location, comfortable rooms with good wifi. Enjoyed the Portuguese cuisine at FADO. Friendly staff who speak English. Convenient shuttle service to ferry terminal and other attractions. a pleasant stay.

We reach hotel at around 12pm but can't check in first, they say must wait until 3pm. I understand they need to clean up the room but can check in early is feel better to us.

The room was absolutely amazing, with its spaciousness and luxurious comfort. The staff spoke English very kindly and were incredibly helpful. The pool and fitness center were jaw-droppingly nice, providing the perfect place to relax and stay fit. The fact that there was a free pickup bus made getting around so convenient, and having a 7eleven and nice restaurant right in front was a super bonus.

This hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal and within walking distance to central areas and local eateries. Free shuttle buses are also available to take guests to the nearby casinos during the day. Rooms are modern, cozy, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and friendly, and there are free cookies upon arrival.

The walls between rooms and hallways are not soundproof, which may result in guests hearing conversations and footsteps from the hallway.

Very good hotel, centrally located (easy access to foot to main attractions in Central Macau).Staff very nice.Staying with husband and 2 kids.Got upgraded to a premier room. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. They we're extremely nice with the kids (gave them small gifts). Breakfast room and breakfast selection very nice and did not charge the kids. I would stay there again and recommend it.

The room size: with an extra bed you did not have much space.

The seating room at Hotel Royal Macau is a total delight! The comfy sofa and armchair create such a cozy atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to chill with friends and chat about your day in town. I absolutely loved it!

The lighting in the seating room could be a bit brighter. Just my personal preference though!

Alex was very helpful. They offered instructions on how to get to places and how to plan our tour best. It was also very good that the Filipino staff of the hotel knew English very well, it was easy to understand everything because of them.
